Below are terms under which Mittske, Karin Marter s.p. sells all products. By placing an order, The customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The use of the website is at the customers own risk. Mittske is not responsible for any damage arising through use of the website (also applies to content outside the domain www.mittske.com).
All prices are shown in Euros. All packaging and postage charges are not included in item price and will be added in your shopping cart. Mittske reserves the right to change the contents and/or price and/or delivery charges of any goods at any time without prior notification.
Every care has been taken to ensure that all product colours are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing however Popermint cannot accept responsibility for any omissions or errors in this information. There may be small discrepancies in the size or colour of the products supplied. Accuracy of colours and colour charts is not guaranteed because each computer displays colours in slightly different ways.
All products which appear on the website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and if or when they will be available again.
The order can be paid by Credit or Debit card and Paypal.
Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Mittske, Mittske is not liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by the customer and received by Mittske, karin Marter s.p.. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise. Risk of damage to merchandise transfers to the customer upon delivery.
After placing an order, the customer will receive the order confirmation email. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of the customers order. This is confirmation that Mittske has received the order which will then be processed. The customer will receive a further email containing dispatch information, where the order will be delivered to the customers delivery address.
Delivery & Delivery Costs
We deliver to European countries. In case of a need to deliver to any other country, contact us email@example.com
Orders will be delivered within 2-6 business days (depending on the country of delivery).
Please note that due to various factors beyond our control, delays may also occur.

The shipping cost for your country will be calculated at the checkout.
Cancelations and Returns
The customer has the right to cancel the order and return the goods within 30 days of the receipt of the order without having to state a reason for their decision. The customer is liable for the cost of the return of goods. Returned goods must be delivered undamaged in their original packaging and in the same amount, unless the items are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity is reduced, through no fault of the customer. To exercise the right to cancel the order/return items, the customer must inform Mittsket by email email@example.com in which the customer states the order number.
Goods must be returned to the business address of the company: Mittske, karin Marter s.p.; karingerjeva 44, Ljubljana, Slovenia, EU, no later than 10 days from the filed notice of cancelation of the order.
If the item/s are returned to Mittske in the same condition as when they were dispatched, the item/s will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If unavailable, the customer will have the option for a full refund. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
Refunds will be made within 10 business days of receiving returned goods. We will not refund the delivery costs for customers order. We will not refund items that have had the original packaging removed or if items have been used.
Security of Purchase
You are always able to verify the data protection yourself. Look for the lock icon at the top of your browser. The lock icon means the website has installed SSL certificate encrypting the data. All the personal and payment data entered at this website are encrypted and are unreadable in case of unauthorized access.
When you place an order, you are required to provide Mittske with some personal details: Your name, Address, E-mail address, Credit/debit card details (for security these are not kept on file for future purchases).
If you register your e-mail with Mittske, your e-mail address will be kept safe on our database and, once again, it will never be disclosed to any third parties, except where it is part of providing a service to you. You have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from www.mittske.com by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating STOP in subject line.
