Prices

All prices are shown in Euros. All packaging and postage charges are not included in item price and will be added in your shopping cart. Mittske reserves the right to change the contents and/or price and/or delivery charges of any goods at any time without prior notification.

Products

Every care has been taken to ensure that all product colours are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing however Popermint cannot accept responsibility for any omissions or errors in this information. There may be small discrepancies in the size or colour of the products supplied. Accuracy of colours and colour charts is not guaranteed because each computer displays colours in slightly different ways.

All products which appear on the website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and if or when they will be available again.

Payments

The order can be paid by Credit or Debit card and Paypal.

Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Mittske, Mittske is not liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by the customer and received by Mittske d.o.o.. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise. Risk of damage to merchandise transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, the customer will receive the order confirmation email. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of the customers order. This is confirmation that Mittske has received the order which will then be processed. The customer will receive a further email containing dispatch information, where the order will be delivered to the customers delivery address.

Cancelations and Returns

The customer has the right to cancel the order and return the goods within 30 days of the receipt of the order without having to state a reason for their decision. The customer is liable for the cost of the return of goods. Returned goods must be delivered undamaged in their original packaging and in the same amount, unless the items are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity is reduced, through no fault of the customer. To exercise the right to cancel the order/return items, the customer must inform Mittsket by email info@mittske.com in which the customer states the order number.
Goods must be returned to the business address of the company: Mittske d.o.o., Kržičeva 9, Ljubljana, Slovenia, EU, no later than 10 days from the filed notice of cancelation of the order.

If the item/s are returned to Mittske in the same condition as when they were dispatched, the item/s will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If unavailable, the customer will have the option for a  full refund. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Refunds will be made within 10 business days of receiving returned goods. We will not refund the delivery costs for customers order. We will not refund items that have had the original packaging removed or if items have been used.

Security of Purchase

You are always able to verify the data protection yourself. Look for the lock icon at the top of your browser. The lock icon means the website has installed SSL certificate  encrypting the data. All the personal and payment data entered at this website are encrypted and are unreadable in case of unauthorized access.

Contest Rules

Organizer of the contest is Mittske d.o.o.. The participant of the contest is a person who participates in the announced prize actions. Winners of the prizes are determined by a random computer selection function or the organizer’s commission.

Right to Participate in the Contest 

Participants in the contest can be persons who are citizens of EU. Employees of the contest organizer and individuals employed by other legal entities associated with the implementation of this contest cannot participate. Legal entities cannot be participants in the contest. Individuals who do not accept the rules of the contest cannot participate. It is considered that the participant accepted the rules of the contest by participating in the announced contest.

Conditions for Contest Participation:

No purchase of services or products from the contest organizer is required to participate in the contest.

Prize Draw:

All participants in the contest can participate in the draw. Each participant can participate only once in the prize draw. The result of the draw is final. Appeals are not possible. The winner will be notified by email about the receipt and method of receiving the prize.

Obligations of the Winner:

Cash payment of the prize is not possible, nor can it be exchanged for another product. The winner must provide the organizer of the contest with their personal data (name, surname, address, email, and phone number) in writing (via email) within two days of receiving the notification that they have won the prize.

If the contest organizer does not receive all the necessary data and a statement from the winner that they want to receive the prize within three (3) working days from the moment the organizer sends to the winner the notification that they were drawn, for any reason (e.g., the winner states that they do not want to accept the prize, the address or email address is incomplete or incorrect, etc.), it is considered that the winner does not want to accept the prize, and the organizer is relieved of all obligations towards the winner in this contest, gaining the right to dispose of the prize for any other purpose.

Personal Data Protection:

The organizer of the contest protects all personal data obtained from participants during the implementation of the contest in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. The organizer may use personal data obtained from participants exclusively for the purposes for which they were obtained. The participant of the contest agrees that the organizer can send them notifications related to the organizer’s offer. The participant or their guardian or legal representative can revoke their consent to the use of personal data obtained in the contest for the purposes of direct marketing at any time. The organizer of the contest reserves the right to organize the award ceremony as a public event. By participating in the contest, the participant allows their name and address to be used in audio, photo, and video material of the organizer of the contest. The winner allows the organizer of the contest to publish their personal data in the media and on the World Wide Web to inform about the results of the draw or the prize collection.

Publication of Contest Rules:

Participants in the contest, by submitting their data, agree that they are familiar with the rules and undertake to act in accordance with the rules of the contest. In case of any dispute or ambiguity, these rules are considered primary in relation to any other publications, whether in printed, electronic, or any other form.

Mittske is committed to protecting your privacy and follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of the information you provide, as required by the EU Data Protection Act.
When you place an order, you are required to provide Mittske with some personal details: Your name, Address, E-mail address, Credit/debit card details (for security these are not kept on file for future purchases).

If you register your e-mail with Mittske, your e-mail address will be kept safe on our database and, once again, it will never be disclosed to any third parties, except where it is part of providing a service to you. You have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from www.mittske.com by sending an email to info@mittske.com stating STOP in subject line.
